IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS
Like many other senior communities in the area, Seaview Village is a rent restricted HOA.
Please be advised that if you are contemplating the purchase of a home in Seaview Village for the purpose of renting out that property, it is not currently permissible as we are currently at our maximum allowable rental quota.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CURRENT AND NEW SEAVIEW VILLAGE HOME OWNERS
If you are considering home improvements or any type of remodeling to the exterior of your home, you MUST get permission from our architectural committee before proceeding.
This includes, but is not limited to items such as painting, roofing, concrete work, window replacement, pavers, etc.

Welcome to the Seaview Village Website
We are an active, vibrant, senior community located on the shores of Barnegat Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in central New Jersey. We provide our residents with numerous activities like Shuffleboard, Bocce, Dominoes, Texas Hold'em, Knock Rummy, Wii bowling, swimming, Flexercise, and much more. In addition, we have a very active Women's Club and have weekly meetings for those who enjoy knitting and crocheting.
And, our very busy Activity Committee hosts 4 - 5 social events each year that feature delicious home cooked meals, dancing, a live DJ or singer, and an opportunity to socialize with friends and neighbors.
